This joint will come Chined on the bone as standard, but can be carvery style or boned and rolled by one of our team. Please state in the notes.
Sourcing from our closest supplier, Clive and Paula from the Rocklands Hereford herd, pride themselves on producing great cattle for us to bring to your table.
