If you’ve had one of our Famous Hog Roast Rolls in the shop, you’ll have had shoulder of Pork. Bursting with flavour, this joint is the butchers choice of Pork roasts. Carrying a little extra fat increases flavour, succulence and will simply fall apart. If you’re not a confident cook this roast is quite forgiving and you’ll have a hard job overcooking it.
Arguably the tastiest of the Pork roasts, this will come boneless, tied and scored, ready for you to douse with salt to help you achieve the culinary perfection that is, crispy, bubbly and golden crackling. The whole family will be fighting for the biggest bit!
