We’ve been curing our own Hams for a number of years now. From our own pigs, the Legs are carefully selected, skillfully butchered, and cured. Once we have our own delicious Gammon, we slowly cook them for over 6 hours using special methods to retain flavour and all the goodness, leaving you with, what we think, is the best ham in Norfolk.
A great idea for these is to glaze them and roast them in the oven to give a a great buffet centre piece that you can take all the credit for!
